Dear Sirs and Madames,

The speed at which the COVID-19 coronavirus is currently spreading and the measures that the government initiated or is currently debating earlier this week show us that we have to prepare for very challenging times together. In particular, the unpredictability and uncertainty, unprecedented in this dimension, in the sense of the course of the crisis over time, unfortunately does not allow decisions to be made as we know them from before. The rate of change is simply too high.
Against this background, it is important to us to inform you about the most important adjustments and arrangements that have been made in our company, with the aim that we can successfully overcome this crisis and at the same time ensure the performance for you and your customers.

Of course, we have made all employees aware of the changes in personal behavior that have become necessary in terms of hygiene and the reduction of social contacts. If necessary, our employees will offer HomeOffice workstations the opportunity to continue their work, in order to ensure that day-to-day business runs as smoothly as possible. Our employees have access to our servers and databases.
The supply chain of our manufacturers is still stable and we have increased our inventory accordingly.

In our logistics we work in shift systems until further notice in order to maintain delivery capability and to reduce the risk of infection to a minimum.
Our logistics partners across Germany have taken all necessary measures to continue to reliably deliver our necessary spare parts to our technicians. Delivering to our fixed depots or storage facilities without having to personally accept the goods offers the additional advantage that nobody can get infected with the virus unnecessarily.

We hope to have taken all measures that can be estimated so far for all employees and partners in order to survive this situation well.
